ForgeRig

How It Works

From conversation to production.

Three steps. Two weeks. One team that ships production code from day one.

01

Scope

We start with a 30-minute conversation. You tell us what you're building, where you're stuck, and what kind of engineering depth you need.

Understand your stack, architecture, and constraints
Define team composition and skill mix
Agree on engagement structure and timeline
Proposal delivered within one week
02

Deploy

Your dedicated team spins up within two weeks. They join your repos, your Slack, your standups. Same tools, same workflow.

Engineers onboard to your codebase and processes
Access your repos, CI/CD, and communication tools
Architecture review and alignment in week one
Production contributions start immediately
03

Ship

Production code from week one. Scale the team up for sprints, scale down when you've hired, or keep us as your dedicated engineering arm.

Weekly check-ins and transparent progress tracking
Scale up or down with 30-day notice
Full code ownership and documentation transfer
No lock-in — transition on your terms
FAQ

Common questions.

How fast can you deploy a team?

Most teams are deployed within two weeks of signing. Complex engagements with specialized skill requirements may take slightly longer.

What's the minimum engagement?

Three months. It takes time to embed properly and deliver real impact. We don't do one-off projects — that's what agencies are for.

Do your engineers work full-time on our project?

Yes. ForgeRig engineers are dedicated to your engagement. They're not splitting time across multiple clients.

What happens to the code when we part ways?

It's yours. Always was. We work in your repos, your infrastructure. Full documentation and knowledge transfer is included.

Can we hire your engineers?

We have a conversion clause in our agreements. If you want to bring a ForgeRig engineer in-house after the engagement, we'll work out a transition.

Need engineering depth?

Tell us what you're building and where you need help. We'll scope a team and timeline in one conversation.
