ForgeRig deploys fractional engineering teams on retainer. The Site provides information about our services, engagement models, and team capabilities. It also offers resources and a contact form for companies interested in working with us.

Submitting a contact form does not create an engagement, retainer agreement, or any other binding arrangement.

All engagements, retainer terms, scope of work, and pricing are governed by separate agreements executed independently of this Site.

The Site offers downloadable resources, including playbooks, checklists, and scorecards. These resources are provided free of charge for personal and professional use.

• Download links expire after 24 hours
• We reserve the right to modify or remove downloadable content at any time

Team metrics, capabilities, deployment timelines, and engagement models described on the Site are illustrative of our typical offerings. Actual team composition, pricing, scope, and timelines are determined on a per-engagement basis and governed by separate agreements.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Site will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The information on the Site is complete, accurate, or current
• Any particular outcome will result from using the Site or engaging with us

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForgeRig LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, regardless of the theory of liability.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Texas.
